A special shoutout to the breakfast buffet, which offered a fantastic range of options. For convenience, try to request a room closer to the elevator.

The hotel offered a quirky charm, with spacious rooms and a fantastic buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was noisy, and the pool was colder than expected. Overall, great ambiance and friendly staff made it enjoyable, despite a few quirks.

Naumi Auckland Airport is conveniently located just 10-15 minutes by bus from the airport, making it perfect for travelers. The spacious room offered a peaceful vibe and had a lovely garden terrace. Breakfast was excellent, with a standout Asian Fusion menu available. I loved the state-of-the-art TechnoGym for all my workout needs.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the warm welcome from the staff who treated us like old friends and the comfortable room with a clean, powerful shower that truly helped me refresh after a long day of city walking. plus, being just over 3 km from Ambury Regional Park made it easy to enjoy a beautiful stroll in nature right after checking in.

I stayed in the Two Queen Bed Economy room. It was just okay—definitely not what I expected. The comforter was torn, and the carpet had stains. Plus, the toilet felt super wobbly when I sat down. They promised snacks, but those weren't replaced as advertised. Noticed that some lights in the halls were off too. So, not the best experience overall.

Walking through the foyer, a foul, pungent smell is hard to ignore as it lingers into the corridors, which are dimly lit. The King Room Oasis we stayed in had a damp odor that hit us upon entry, and the noise from whippersnappers outside made sleep difficult, compounded by thin walls that let in every footstep from above. The bathroom featured unappealing black mold around fixtures, and a general lack of decor provided a dreary atmosphere. We found ourselves disappointed by the uncomfortable, hard mattress, making it tough to rest.

At Naumi, I loved the vibrant decor and cozy bed during my stay. The staff offered fantastic service. Only downside, room cleaning could’ve been more consistent. A good stay in Auckland! Highly recommend for a quick getaway.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, and I particularly loved the unique bird theme. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially after a long day of travel disruptions. I appreciated the free snacks in the room, which were a nice touch after an arduous day. However, the rooms could use better soundproofing as there was some noticeable noise from other guests.
